“My impression of this establishment leans towards its classic elegance and the genuine warmth of its staff, who consistently made guests feel recognized and truly welcomed, particularly in dining settings and the Pearl Club. The spacious rooms and well-kept beach, alongside thoughtful touches like jellyfish nets and the relaxing spa, contribute to an atmosphere conducive to a luxurious, unwinding escape, even if some areas show signs of age. Ultimately, the attentive service and the serene setting on the Palm create a compelling reason for repeat visits.”
